The development will be built in conjunction with Communities Scotland, the national housing agency and the apartments will be targeted to the following groups:
- First Time Buyers
- Aberdeenshire Council tenants
- Aberdeenshire Council waiting list applicants
- Housing Association tenants
- Housing Association waiting list applicants
- Individuals residing in the area on low incomes
